NATIONAL REALTY ADVISORS, LLC BROKERS $2,698,000 SALE

National Realty Advisors, LLC negotiated the sale of land at 59 Waterville Road on behalf of Old Avon Realty, LLC to Capitol Region Education Council (CREC). CREC, a public non-profit magnet school presently located in Avon on Fisher Drive, plans on utilizing the property to relocate and expand their existing facility, Reggio Magnet School of the Arts.

The 10.5 acre site is conveniently located on Waterville Road (aka Route 10) in Avon, close to the intersection of Route 44. A portion of the property had been occupied by the Avon Cider Mill for many years. Approvals from the municipality and state were required for a zone change, special exception permit, inlands wetlands and a signalized intersection at Avonwood Road.

National Realty Advisors, LLC has negotiated a long term lease for 10,000 square feet on behalf of King Buffet, Inc. in the former Hometown Buffet space at the Goff Brook Shoppes in Wethersfield, Connecticut.

The Goff Brook Shoppes is a 71,493 square foot neighborhood shopping center anchored by Office Depot  and located on the Silas Deane Highway in close proximity to I-91.

World Buffet will offer a multitude of both hot and cold buffet selections including traditional Chinese and American cuisine, and will be open for lunch and dinner. The operators of World Buffet operate other restaurant concepts throughout the region including Royal Buffet and Sakura Garden.

Sakura Garden, is a Japanese Hibachi Steakhouse and Sushi Bar. The new West Hartford location will feature a buffet.
